Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing SaaS company. We wish our successful Account Manager to be responsible for playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and excellent communication skills.


What Does Pisano Expect From You?

We expect you, our ideal Account Manager, to

  • Creating new sales opportunities in line with company targets
  • Supporting existing customer management processes
  • Directing customer demands in coordination with relevant teams within the company
  • Creating records about existing and potential customers in CRM
  • Making reports regarding roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Job requirements

What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS sector
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Being a good team player and problem solver
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for efficient business tracking
