Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist/Manager who has previous experience in working with Enterprise clients or customers to provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures.

You will be;

  • Responsible for tracking orders, software agreements, sales, invoices, refunds, returns, and payments.
  • Providing Business Unit Managers, Channel Managers, and Sales Management with data, reports, sales collateral presentations, and sales guides.


What Does Pisano Expect From You?

We expect you, our ideal Business Operations Specialist/Manager, to

  • Track orders, software agreements, sales, invoices, refunds, returns and payments.
  • Provide Business Unit Managers, Channel Managers and Sales Management with data, reports, sales collateral, presentations and sales guides.
  • Keep up with new product developments and make sure the sales team and sales collateral and online library is up to date.
  • Prepare customer quotes.
  • Update HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and Basecamp (or similar project management software) with accurate customer and pipeline data daily basis.
  • Take full ownership of HubSpot (or a similar CRM) sales update and reporting process.
  • Build working knowledge of competing products & industry benchmarks
  • Actively involve in the management of the target accounts helping Business Unit Managers, Channel Managers and Sales Management during the sales cycle.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports which might be requested from your Manager
  • As part of the Customer Success Team, work collaboratively mainly with the sales team in addition to other internal teams when necessary.

Job requirements

What Qualifications Do You Need?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish. 
  • 3+ Years of Experience in B2B Presales/Sales/Sales Support/Sales Operations/Sales Development in Enterprise Software (preferably in CRM, Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Market Research, Business Intelligence, HCM, Marketing Automation.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus
