Who is Pisano Looking For?

Pisano is seeking a dynamic and results oriented KSA Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia. As part of our Global Expansion team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and establishing Pisano as a leading brand in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record of success in the Saudi Arabian market.

What Does Pisano Expect from You?

As the Sales Director for KSA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Developing and managing sales teams to cover assigned accounts effectively.
  • Creating and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer and pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Driving new opportunities and selling Pisano solutions in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process and engaging appropriate resources
  • Overseeing the onboarding, development, and retention of sales talent
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize overall revenue generation.

Job requirements

What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • At least 15 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Enterprise Software, preferably in CRM, ERP, or Contact Centre solutions.
  • A proven track record of overachievement and driving sales growth.
  • Experience in pipeline management, projection, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to hire, onboard, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and a strong network of contacts
  • Familiarity with SaaS technologies and knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
