Who is Pisano Looking For?

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building and nurturing channel partnerships in the SaaS industry? Pisano is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Partners & Alliances Manager. As a key member of our Global Expansion Team, reporting to the Business Development Director, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and developing channel partners committed to selling Pisano products globally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in partner management and business development, we want to hear from you.

What Does Pisano Expect from You?

As our ideal Partners & Alliances Manager, we expect you to:

  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate channel partners committed to promoting and selling Pisano products.
  • Manage potential partners through the entire sales process, from sales preparation to contracting.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners.
  • Increase revenue from partner sources through partnering model.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts.
  • Educate partners in Pisano's commercial services and practices.
  • Maintain an understanding of Pisano technology and articulate Pisano value propositions to partners and their customers.
  • Manage internal and external channel programs and coordinate internal resources and communication.
  • Conduct channel training sessions to educate and motivate salespeople throughout partner sales organizations.
  • Ensure partners have up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap updates, and any other relevant information.

Job requirements

What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?

  • Experience working with senior decision-makers and building strong relationships at the executive level.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel partners or complex channel relationships, including referral sales, co-sales, and resale within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk is highly desirable.
  • Global experience and familiarity with international markets.
  • Ability to take an active role in building partner management structures, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on execution and achieving targets.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
