Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for a Presales Consultant who has extensive experience in working with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of Pisano services and/or products.


You will be;

  • Responsible for delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients, throughout the sales process, making yourself available to handle concerns and building the clients’ trust.


What Does Pisano Expect From You?

We expect you, our ideal Presales Consultant, to

  • Become an expert in the Pisano Platform and in Experience Management.
  • Provide exemplary pre-sales technical & functional expertise through product presentations, demonstrations and ongoing technical consultation.
  • Take full ownership of RfP/Tender/RFQ's technical documentation and the total technical communication process.
  • Prepare and demonstrate PoCs
  • Drive the adoption of Pisano solutions within strategic accounts, growing usage across departments within the enterprise.
  • Translate technical features into value drivers during the sales process.
  • Respond to initial product requests and frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Actively involve in the management of the target accounts during the sales cycle and take strong responsibility for closing.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, and deliver training to improve the technical abilities of the sales team.
  • Build working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against them.
  • As part of the Customer Success Team, work collaboratively with Customer Experience, Product Management, and Engineering in addition to the Sales Team
  • Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends.
  • Update HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and Basecamp (or similar project management software) with accurate customer and pipeline data daily basis.

Job requirements

What Qualifications Do You Need?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish. 
  • 7+ Years of Presales Experience in B2B SaaS/technology in Enterprise Software (preferably in CRM, Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Market Research, Business Intelligence, HCM, Marketing Automation.).
  • Arabic, Russian or German is a big plus.
  • Outstanding techno-functional capabilities, comfortable supporting sales teams proactively on targeted accounts.
  • A business value-focused mindset to understand and uncover clients’ business challenges and develop custom solutions to solve them. Communicate value at the executive level
  • Ability to explain and resolve common technical aspects of the software, including communicating with technical audiences on security, privacy, protocols for APIs, SLAs etc.
