Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for a Product Owner who has experience in working with multiple stakeholders, can analyze the needs and requirements. We wish our successful Product Owner to act as the key actor between the Customer and Engineering Teams

What Does Pisano Expect From You?

We expect you, our ideal Product Owner, to

  • Empower the Product Management and Engineering Teams
  • Contribute to vision and program backlog. Own team backlog and implementation.
  • Drive iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories.
  • Work with Scrum Teams and manage Agile Activities (Daily’s, Planning, Grooming, Review and Retrospective sessions)
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Product Manager, Delivery, Engineering, and Design teams to understand and coordinate product development, release timelines, and product quality
  • Responsible for the overall coordination, communication, implementation, execution, control, and completion of development and integration tasks.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, interacting with end users and having a full understanding of their needs by retrieving feedback
  • Work with all stakeholders to understand, shape and refine the business requirements and pain points and translate them into tasks for the development team by identifying the aim, current situation, acceptance criteria, and the scope clearly ornamented by a business flowchart or a mockup if necessary
  • Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy
  • Produce documentation including project scopes, business flow diagrams, business process definitions, UAT documentation, meeting notes, and release notes (at the end of each sprint) as an ongoing activity
  • Identify, raise risks and conduct the most appropriate decision as a result of high-level discussions

Job requirements

What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree
  • Min 3-4 years of experience with a similar job description
  • Have a strong technical ability and experience in a SaaS and B2B products related fields
  • Strong analytic and decision-making skills
  • Experienced in agile methodologies, familiarity with Jira, Scrum, Confluence
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Passionate, optimistic, energetic, curious, creative, motivated, eager to learn
