Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for an Integration Engineer who will be engaged with the Pisano customers in 30+ counties with a focus on large-scale CX/EX platform deployment.

This role will be responsible for the integration and installation of our Pisano solutions, to meet the customer requirements and will work closely with customers, Pisano's business analysts, and project managers to ensure that our delivery complies with business needs, is aligned with strategy and delivers high-quality, highly capable, and practical solutions.



What Does Pisano Expect From You?

  • Analyzing, designing, developing and implementing customers' technical integration needs
  • Customer onboarding by designing the solution to be integrated.
  • Installation of on-prem environments for required customers
  • Keeping the technical integration and installation documents live, accessible, and up-to-date
  • Developing standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining data backup policies in the cloud or private environments
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD policies in the cloud or private environments
  • Installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the platform in the cloud or private environment
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of the company’s service and product portfolio.
  • Solving customers' technical problems in certain SLAs

Job requirements

What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?

We are looking forward to meeting with you if you have 3 of these qualifications. 

  • More than 5 years of total experience in similar work
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in CS or a similar related discipline
  • Knowledge of API and/or service-oriented architecture (SOA), enterprise service bus (ESB), and other integration architectures as applied to the API Management platforms; Knowledge of SOAP, REST/OData, Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0, XML, XML schema, XSD, XSLT mapping, JavaScript and JSON technologies for API integration.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman / Soap UI, etc.
  • Experience with IDP and Authority System Integrations (LDAP, SAML etc)
  • Knowledge of SQL-like database querying languages
  • Development experience preferably Ruby, Phyton
  • Operational and on-prem installation experience with a Docker-based container and Kubernetes platform
  • Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP)
  • Experience with configuration to the 3rd party components such as Postgre SQL, Redis and Storage, SMTP
  • Experience in end2end system integration testing
  • Experience in Linux System Administration
  • Practical knowledge of agile concepts, application development, deployment tools, and integration patterns
  • Jira / Confluence experience will be a plus
  • Omnichannel integration experience is a plus (Web, Mobile, SMS, Email, IVR etc)
  • Experience in customer relationships and management in technical discussions
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Good communication skills
